e2ebt (referred to in this document as "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online gaming and betting service provider that operates services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and e2ebt.

• The bonus is available once only, at the time of the first deposit.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
• Deposits made through third parties are not eligible for bonuses.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with bonus funds.

VIP Membership

e2ebt's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2ebt platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonus benefits or placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions (bonus hunting).
• Conducting gaming activities in any fraudulent, illegal or dishonest manner.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated software (bots), scripts or other technical tools.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or vulnerability in the platform's system or software.
• Threatening, harassing or insulting other players or staff.
• Playing games as a proxy or representative on behalf of a third party.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

Sports Betting

• No bet can be changed once it has been confirmed.
• Bets will be settled based on official results. We reserve the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Bets associated with match fixing or similar suspicious activity will be voided.
• Special betting options are available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket tournaments.

Casino and Slot Games

• All games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.).
• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the bet for that round may be voided.

e2ebt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Account registration using false or incorrect information.
• Suspicion of bonus or promotion abuse.
• Suspicion of suspicious financial activity or money laundering.
• Use of an account by a minor.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Members may request closure of their account at any time. Upon receiving the request, we will arrange to settle the balance before closing the account.
